Create Corporate Account
Creating a corporate account makes pre-paying for future reservations fast and easy.
Checker Sedan offers two types of corporate accounts that utilize our direct entry online system: Credit Card Accounts and Direct Bill Accounts.
Credit Card Accounts bill fares directly to a personal or corporate credit card. They are the most popular form of corporate account and the easiest to set up. There's no application process or credit check and users are not required to store any credit information on our system. You may begin using the basic version of this service now by clicking here. To phone in reservations, you'll need to complete the Credit Card Authorization one time. This Credit Card Authorization is also required for charging all fares over $100.
Frequent travelers or high volume users can choose to store credit card numbers, pick-up or drop-off locations, cities, home offices, hotels and other basic information on our system for faster reservations made in under 60 seconds! To learn more about Frequent Rider ID Numbers, please click here.
For higher volume accounts, Direct Bill Accounts bill fares to a credit-based account and invoices customers twice per month. To set up a Direct Bill Account, please complete and submit an Account Application. You'll be notified of your account status within a few business days. You may pay your invoices (net 30) by company check or by fax using our Credit Card Authorization.
